Company Profile - Reward Analyst (HR Graduate)

An exciting opportunity to join a large corporate and award-winning organisation as part of their Global Reward and Performance team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day delivery and support of reward products and processes. The successful candidate should have strong analytical skills, proven experience in reporting and advanced level MS Excel skills.

Job Description - Reward Analyst (HR Graduate)

  • Collate a range of data from various systems (HR and finance) using tools such as Excel to demonstrate patterns, potential issues and interdependencies
  • Look at HR data to identify trends and working with the Reward Manager use that data to inform the wider HR team and the business
  • Present the findings of data analysis in a simple but effective format (graphs, excel, PowerPoint, word document)
  • Support and manage the annual and mid-year salary review
  • Be involved in the due diligence stage of Mergers and Acquisitions
  • Manage and administer international transfers
  • Completion, submission and analysis of salary surveys
  • Support the Global Equal Pay Analysis and UK Gender Pay Gap reporting

  • The ability to take the initiative and follow activities through to completion
  • The ability to prioritise requirements against tight deadlines
  • Be an excellent relationship-builder with the ability to be credible at all levels of seniority

Benefits - Reward Analyst (HR Graduate)

  • Up to £30,000 per annum dependant on experience
  • 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
  • 25 days holiday entitlement
